Reading Stock Maps

So I found this 7a IGN map
and I'm thinking it would be really cool to be able to read it for comparison to my off boost map. Obviously we have load, RPM, and advance but how do I convert the increments to actionable data? I can assume that max RPM is ~8k and max load is ~150kpa but I'd like to be sure.
