How do I fix this leak? Pcv issue

Noticed another oil leak after a month or so of no issues. Seems to be the Pcv assembly on the block. How does one fix this issue?

they are press fit and stilla available new from the dealer, ill try to dig up a PN if I forget pm me

how hard is it to get this part out? i think it may be time to revamp my entire pcv system. how much of a pain in the ass is it to redo my pcv system with motor in the car?
i was able to track down the part number for this as well. thanks my2000apb.

put a pipe in it and pry it out, probably need a decent machine shop to prep/repress it though
