Trying to drop my 90 a bit. I have a set of springs for the front already, H&Rs I think. But for the back I was thinking of just ordering some from Summit. Get the dimensions of the spring, stock spring rate, measure compressed length figure out load and purchase new springs slightly stiffer and an in or so lower when compressed.

Anyone done this already?

Only reason I think this is ok to do is because the backs are not progressvie so a aftermarket spring should be fine.

Just a little update on this. I found some Vogtland Sport springs and Bilsteins in the yard off the rear of a B5. Assuming it would sit too high I cut one coil out, and the result was a bit too low haha. Also the fronts for reference are H&R springs (over Bilsteins) I used to have on my B3 with one of the dead coils cut out.

Still have some work to do...
