BBQ Sale AAN short block, Wheels, CQ stuff

Post by Mcstiff »

Things I want/need: AN billet fuel rail, 17x8.5s, 01E, CF Hood, 07k parts...

Everything is OBO and buyer pays shipping from Denver, CO. UNLESS YOU BUY NOW AND ARE GOING TO BBQ

The following are for a Coupé Quattro unless otherwise noted:

• Mid-Milage 7a longblock (NO cams) $250 nothing big to see was running and driving well when it was pulled from BRock's white CQ. I could get a better guess of mileage after a few emails.

• CQ 01A, I picked up off another member but it needs a torsen. IIRC it's in good shape otherwise $150 OBO

• SOLD Low mile <100k AAN shortblock $400 (Could include a 7a head for the right price)

• Crack free 7a intake tube (MAF to TB) $25

• TAP Chip for a late (4 plug) CQ $75

• I have a bunch of wheels:

4 ea 5x112 17x8.5 Ronal R28s (no tires) They are not perfect but not too trashed. One has a gouge in the barrel which needs to be repaired as it will not hold air (tighten your caliper carriers). I'm thinking about repairing them but for $200 I'd sell the lot (and may be able to source a 5th wheel, not for free, which is bent but perhaps easier to fix).

4 ea 5x112 16" B6(?) 5 spoke wheels, DD condition, great for snow tires $50

4 ea 5x112 B5 S4 Avus They are powder coated black and one has a very light scuff, from being knocked over, on it's face. $500

4 ea 4x108 14" basket weaves (stock from an 80?) Make me an offer.

• Assorted STOCK Coupé Quattro parts from the turbo conversion (intake and exhaust parts) make offer

I wish I was closer and could scoop up that head... What do you think shipping would be like to 43334?

I am looking into shipping costs on the head. I don't think ground would be too bad. FWIW, another buyer is also interested pending shipping costs.

Hey shipping via greyhound is actually pretty cheap for large heavy bulky items. Usually it's 75$ includes up to 200$ worth of insurance and tracking

I shipped both my Avant hatch and a set of mr2 seats and my Recaro seats from my GLI.

I'm coming back that way; spending Thurs night in SLC via I80  I suppose I could haul it out and let it rest in the corner of IMS Fri pm-Sun am :idunno: Maybe easier to meet in Vail another weekend.

Do you need any more info/pics? The water spots look much worse in the pics than I feel they actually are, I cannot feel them with a fingernail. If I was to use it, I would still ball hone to clean things up.

Same as when you had them :D IIRC they are ET35. They are far from perfect, and one needs major repair, but I'll make you a good deal ;)

Yeah Vail could work just fine. Just need those main components and the actual block is a bonus. Just wrapping my head around starting the rebuild on Matt's car after the track drama in May. No oil=no bueno. Lets touch base when you get back, no hurry at all but you can plan on that short block as sold. Thanks

Sounds good, I blew a Ohlins yesterday so I'm staying home and doing the clutch on my CQ! Let's try and figure it out before ski traffic is a thing ;)
