Sebastian's 91 Coupe Quattro - 3b swap - Vems - e85

Hello fellow Audi owners
Let me introduce my project i have been working on for the past 2 years or so.
Beforehand I would like to Thank to all the people/friends who were part of this project for their support.
I took some photos along the progress and will start with the current photos and description and work backwards
Here are some details and i will try to upload photos of the build in the same order.
Body
- 1991 Audi Coupe Quattro
- B4 hood and rs2 head lights - HID's low / high beam and fog lights
- Audi S2 front and rear bumpers
- Welded and braced front and rear strut towers
- Fully restored under chassis
- Aerocatch hood fasteners
Engine menagement
- Vems + EFI Express custom wire harness + tune by Marc
- Battery relocation kit
- Flex fuel e85 sensor + gauge
- anti lag
Engine
- 3b motor
- Stock pistons
- Scat rods,
- Coated bearings
- Brass distributor gear upgrade
- Phenolic spacer
- GT 3071r turbo anti-surge inlet, 3" V-Band outlet
- Fully rebuild head
- Individual coils conversion
- Replaced all coolant hoses
- Fully rebuild head with new valves (Intake / exhaust), new guides, lifters
- ARP Studs
- No AC
- all gaskets, seals replaced
- hardened timing belt cog gear
- timing belt kit , tensioner, water pump
- some carbon fiber dressing along with red wrinkle powder coated valve cover, thermostat housing and water manifold.
Fuel delivery
- EFI Express fuel rail -6an
- 1200cc injectors
- Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
- ss braided fuel lines
- Steel hard lines front to back under chassis
- Refreshed fuel tank
- 93oct /e85
- Fuel tank plastic hose delete
- upgraded fuel pump
- Intake
- s2 intake manifold
- Tial 50 BO
- s2 IC
- Silicone hoses
Exhaust
- Wagner Sport exhaust manifold
- Hanks downpipe 3 inch
- 3b wastegate
- 3" all the way with 3" rear magna flow muffler
- V-band connections
Interior
- All upper trim A B C pilars and head liner in black suede
- s2 black leather trim
- b4 manual heating unit also blacked out trim
- led lights
- s2 steering wheel
- s4 b5 shifter knob
Power steering
- Stock Audi b4 90 power steering pump
- Custom pressure hoses
- rebuild rack and pinion
Transmission
- 01e 6 speed
- Stage 4 + clutch 6 puck
- Audi s4 b5 modified shifter linkage
- Rebuild rear diff
- Rebuild Audi 4k prop shaft
- Rebuild axles
- EFI Express tranny brackets
Suspension
- Solid aluminium subframe bushings
- Bilsteins HD shocks
- H&R springs
- Solid spherical bearing strut mounts
- Restored full suspension
- 5 lug swap
- Wheel studs
- Seem welded rear control arms and repainted
Brakes
- Vacuum assisted servo B4
- Full ABS unit deleted
- replaced hard brake lines
Front
- Porsche Boxter S calipers 4 piston
- Audi a8 323mm x 30 rotors
- Custom brackets
- ss braided lines
Rear
- Porsche Boxter S rear Calipers 4 piston
- Audi s4 b7 rotors 300mm x 22
- Custom brackets
- ss braided lines
- Hydraulic e-brake conversion - modified stock handle to accommodate the hydraulic cylinder under stock center console
Wheels
- 17 inch wheels wrapped with 235/45/17 BF Goodrich comp 2
