I have had trouble with this setup before, and it was due to a piece of something getting stuck in the FAV "Fast acting valve" . This time I took that valve apart and did not find anything in it. Did a test spray and was able to get full flow. Re-assembled the car, primed the system, and went for a drive, was not able to get full flow.

How old is your pump? I had to rebuild mine with new seals after a couple of years. It's really easy. Mine would flow wide open but not build consistent pressure.

Jim the pump is a couple of years old now, it may be worth looking into .

Mine would lose its prime. If I unhooked it and let it free flow for a while, then it would work OK for a bit, then start acting funny. See if yours works better after letting it flow wide open unhooked from nozzles for about 10 seconds into a bottle or something.

Spent some time to troubleshoot my low meth flow issue today. Need to get the S4 running solid before my next project shows up

So, first I disconnected and removed the pump head, inspected the rubber seals and pump.
Then blew backwards using air from the suction line of the pump, back to the tank, while watching. Of course with methanol the tank looks brand new inside, not much chance for particulate to catch in the filter here. Then I removed the three jets from the intake, blew Air from the fast acting valve to the manifold and out to a container. Then flushed through each of the 3 individual lines coming from the manifold to the intake while disconnected from the intake. Checked and flushed everything, blew air forward and backwards through all lines and was not able to find any obstructions.
Re-installed everything except ran the line from the pump to a container and jumpered the system to do a 1 min test spray, measured 600 cc/min flow. Installed the manifold and this time routed the manifold and all three jets into to the container and registered the same 600 cc/min, more than enough flow. This is the second time i have had issues with this system, and taken it apart only to find nothing wrong and put it back together. Miraculously each time it was working properly again when reinstalled. Oh well.
Did a pressure test for good measure then road tested and everything is good. Have full flow again.

Spend the $20 and try new seals.
http://www.alcohol-injection.com/en/pum ... embly.html This is exactly how mine was behaving. I would pull it apart, test out fine then it would gradually get worst and fall on its face. The pump would lose it's prime for lack of a better term and stop building pressure. I have a high pressure switch hooked to a green LED that illuminates above 100 psi. This was my first fail-safe that I put in. I was able to see from the cab that the pump was not building enough pressure to trigger the LED

Definitely worth the $20! I ordered one.
Like you said it's working great for now but I fear it will eventually fall off again. Especially since I didn't find anything when I took it apart.
