Replacement rear diff gears?

Opened up my rear differential on my 1991 200TQ and noticed that there's some ware marks on some of the gears. Wondered if any one had an online source for replacement gears etc. Or if I'm doomed to a machine shop. Don't really want to just roll the dice on buying another used rear to have this problem again in a few years. Thanks.

Get a used one, damage is pretty rare as long as they had a little fluid in there.
